At CPM we are true supporters of equality, diversity and inclusivity. We strive to promote this in our culture and create a work environment that allows our employees to feel safe & comfortable to always bring their best ideas to life. During Pride week, we were delighted to support and celebrate the accomplishments that the LGBTQ+ community have made around the world over the past few decades.
To raise awareness of the importance of Pride and the LGBTQ+ community, we arranged a few fun activities in our office. To start off our Pride celebrations, we decorated the office with flags and banners, and we painted our faces with Pride colours for some Friday Fun! Last Monday, everyone contributed to the Pride post-it wall with inclusive messages and quotes. Tuesday was full of creativity and painting with a t-shirt-decorating competition and we finished off the week wearing our brightest colours of the rainbow to show our Pride support!
CPM’s support to equality and diversity goes beyond Pride. We are delighted to be one of the 54 companies that have signed the Diversity Charter, which is a voluntary commitment to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, regardless of, for example, age, disability, gender, race or ethnic origin, religion or sexual orientation.
We are also extremely proud to be part of the Omnicom Group, which has achieved for 3rd year in a row a perfect score of 100 percent on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI) survey. CEI is a recognised benchmarking tool for corporate inclusive policies, benefits and practices pertinent to LGBT employees, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.
